Dr. Ayisha Nasreen

The better half of Dr. Navas, Dr. Ayisha completed her Bachelors in Dental Surgery from Yenepoya Dental College, Mangalore in the year 2000. After practicing for almost 5 years as a dentist in National Hospital, Calicut Dr. Ayisha took over teaching in KMCT Dental College and then went on to manage the administration side of the dental college where she played a crucial role in setting up the infrastructure requirements and clinical management needed for the up gradation of the dental college from 50 admission capacity to 100 admissions as well as setting up post graduate departments in 8 out of the 9 specialities of dentistry. Presently she is in charge of the operations of the whole group and plays a major role in recruitment and staffing. Dr. Ayisha’s robust and professional approach can be seen in the Operations part of the Group. As a backing for all her works, she finds time for improving her operational skills by engaging in learning programmes from foreign universities and also has done short-term programmes like those offered by IIM Bangalore.

A mother of three, she takes an active interest in all aspects of her children and in supporting the family household.
